Welcome to the beautiful one-hectare area in Bruille Saint Amand, where you will find a car park and the charming cottage Le Spartiate.Upon entering the cottage, you will be greeted by a cozy living room. Here, you'll find a magnificent kitchen equipped with a stunning piano and a wood stove, which also serves as a heating source during the winter months. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining room with two large wooden tables and benches, perfect for enjoying meals during seminars or private events. Additionally, there is a lounge area where you can unwind and take in the lovely landscape.
Connected to the main living area is a meeting room, ideal for accommodating up to 16 people. This versatile space can also be used for larger private events, with a minimum rental requirement of 20 people and a maximum capacity of 45 individuals for weddings, for example.
On the other side of the cottage, you will find four rooms, each comfortably accommodating four people with single beds and high-quality mattresses. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom. The cottage also offers four toilets for convenience. Furthermore, there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture, providing a perfect spot to bask in the sun.
The cottage comes with crockery for up to 20 people. If your group exceeds 20 individuals but is fewer than 45, there is an additional fee of 190 for the use of the meeting room, in addition to the cottage rental.
Final cleaning services are available starting at 75 .
Conveniently, there are various shops in the village, including a bakery, butcher, newsstand, tobacco shop, and pharmacy.

1. Start by heading towards Valenciennes.
2. Take exit n°4 Saint-Amand Thermal. If the exit is closed, take the next one, n°6, pass under the highway, and take the exit for Saint Amand waters.
3. Once you've exited at n°4, turn left. At the fork, take the right turn and cross the railway tracks.
4. Turn right and continue until you reach a roundabout.
5. At the roundabout, take the third road towards Condé sur Escaut.
6. Keep driving along the road "roundabouts". You will pass Leclerc and The Pasino.
7. Pass several roundabouts until you reach a big roundabout. Take the first exit towards Condé Sur Escaut, Bruille Saint Amand on the right.
8. If you reach the roundabout with the water bottle of Saint-Amand, you have gone too far. Turn around and take the left turn.
9. Continue towards Condé Sur Escaut for approximately 4 km before reaching Bruille Saint Amand.
10. Once you see the sign for Saint Amand Bruille, take the second right. This road will have a sign for The Spartiate and will be located in a bend in front of the town hall.
11. You will then arrive at Odomez. At this point, take the second right at a small square. If you find yourself entering the forest, you have gone too far.
12. Continue on this street until you almost reach the end, and you will see the Spartiate cottage below on your right.
