The mansion also features two expansive vaulted cellars. Upgrades to the electrical wiring and central heating system have been completed throughout the entire building. Both the gîte and main building are equipped with double-glazed wooden frames, ensuring comfort and tranquility.

Welcome to the charming Red Cottage! This spacious holiday cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, with the option of adding a cot if needed. The kitchen is luxuriously equipped with a dishwasher and oven, making meal preparations a breeze. The bathroom features a delightful drench shower, and the toilet is conveniently located in a separate space. With our new central heating, you can enjoy the cozy winter atmosphere of the 'Red Cottage'.

During your stay, you are invited to make use of the 'Grand Salon' on the ground floor of the 'Petit Château'. This salon offers a range of recreational amenities, including a reading table, library, comfortable seating area, bar, and television.

Surrounded by an ancient stone wall, the Red Cottage is located in a picturesque private garden. As our guest, you will have exclusive access to this expansive garden, spanning over 15000 m² (3.7 acres), filled with fruit and walnut trees. We have also recently added a brand new swimming pool (12x6m), perfect for relaxation and fun. The pool has a shallow end of 1.10m, gradually increasing to a depth of 2m, ensuring the safety of both adults and children. Additionally, the park includes a playground with various play equipment. In the evenings, you can cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy the warm ambiance.

Whether you prefer an active holiday or wish to explore the cultural highlights of the region, the Haute-Saône offers endless options to keep you entertained. Inside the Cottage, you will find a map filled with useful tourist information, including recommended trips, activities, and cultural curiosities. Furthermore, our library contains books about the region and the country, allowing you to delve deeper into the local knowledge.
