With 8 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each equipped with modern en-suite facilities including a shower, wash basin, and WC, as well as amenities such as Freeview digital color TV, radio alarm, hair dryer, cooling fan, and tea/coffee making facilities, guests will feel right at home. Located on a picturesque avenue leading to the seafront, guests can enjoy the long promenade and sheltered bay. Ample free parking is available on both sides of Alexandra Road and the surrounding streets.Despite its peaceful location on the outskirts of town, Dunedin is just a short walk away from the town center and seafront, making it an ideal base for exploring the many pubs, restaurants, and attractions in Penzance at affordable prices. Start your day with a delicious breakfast in our bright and airy dining room on the lower ground floor, offering a range of cereals, chilled fruit juices, segments, and cooked-to-order main courses to cater to various tastes.
For relaxation, our guest lounge on the upper ground floor provides comfortable sofas and armchairs for guests to unwind. Whether it's watching TV, reading books, newspapers, magazines, or tourist literature, or simply taking a nap, our lounge is the perfect retreat. Directions
To reach the Dunedin by road, start from the A30 and follow the signs leading to Penzance. Once you reach the one-way system, continue following the signs for Seafront along Wharf Road. Keep going past the harbor along Battery Road and Western Promenade Road. When you reach a mini round-about, take a right turn into Alexandra Road. After approximately 400 yards, you will find the Dunedin on the right-hand side.
If you prefer to travel by rail, exit the Station and turn left. Follow the directions mentioned above for reaching the Seafront. The Dunedin is approximately 1 mile away from the Station. Consider hiring a taxi from the Station's taxi rank for your convenience.
