This recently renovated apartment offers a bright, spacious, and comfortable space with brand new furniture, bedding, and essential appliances. Located on the fifth floor of a traditional Haussmann building dating back to 1887, please note that there is no elevator. The apartment features two themed bedrooms – the "Ethnic" room with a double bed and the "Design" room with two adjustable single beds and two additional foldaway beds. Enjoy the balcony equipped with garden furniture and sunbeds, perfect for indulging in breakfast outdoors. We reside in the adjacent apartment and are available to provide advice on the best local spots to experience authentic Paris, including top-notch restaurants, bars, and shopping destinations. The neighborhood offers easy access, with Oberkampf just a three-minute walk away, the Marais area reachable within fifteen minutes, République within ten minutes, and the Bastille within fifteen minutes.
