Description for B&B:
You will find yourself just 200 meters away from the iconic Eiffel Tower, situated on the 2nd floor of a quaint building that unfortunately lacks an elevator. This cozy apartment offers a single double room, adorned with Venetian stucco walls and an intriguing ethnic flair. The room itself is straightforward and unassuming, featuring a private bathroom with a shower. The windows overlook the inner courtyard and are in need of renovation. For those traveling with a small child, a cot is available upon request. The owner even offers a babysitting service, allowing you to fully indulge in the vibrant nightlife of Paris!
Additionally, you will have complimentary access to the internet and can make free calls to landlines anywhere in the world. The room also provides a selection of coffee, teas, and herbal teas free of charge. Small dogs are permitted in the accommodation.
Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by an Italian-American lady and her three children (born in 1997, 2002, and 2004). Breakfast will be served either at the communal family table or separately, depending on the schedule. The household is fluent in French and Italian, and the owner is proficient in English and can communicate in German.
With its convenient location, this is the ideal base for exploring Paris. You can easily navigate the city using buses or even the owner's recommended method of transportation: biking.
