Appréciations pour La Grange du Moulin de Tauran, LAUZERTE:

Moulin du Tauran, Lauzerte
Review by: Prof. Mike Lockwood FRS, Juil 20 2009 2:59AM
Quite simply, the worst hospitality I have ever known. Stale bread for breakfast, constantly had to request toilet paper that arrived after 3 days, charged 12 euros each for making 4 cups of tea instead of taking breakfast, no clean towels, incessant snooping and disapproval. On departure there was an attempt to charge us 4 days rent because a friend (staying at Hotel du Luzerta, 0.5km away) called by for 2 hours - but we WERE charged 24 euors extra because my wife used the room's extra bed - Why? Because I suffered second-degree burns when the pool-side parasol I was asleep under was taken away from over me and I was in such discomfort that I could not sleep. Lovely town, beautiful surroundings, nice house, charming menfolk, but I am still hurting and I am still absolutely livid.
Response from property:
