The city is filled with stunning buildings and towns that have withstood the test of time, showcasing the cultural bloom of the 12th century.
Today, Toulouse and its surrounding region continue to impress with their remarkable agricultural and technological products and companies. So, if you want to experience what France truly has to offer beyond the "Eiffel Tower, Red Wine, and St. Tropez", come explore the Southwest!
Our B&B, "La Maison Lutz", is perfectly located in the middle of the Toulouse-Montauban-Albi triangle, which are three of the most important cities in the region. To the north of our B&B, you can enjoy hiking, cycling, or motorbiking in the picturesque foothills of the river Tarn. Discover charming villages, wine-growing districts, or simply admire the stunning sunflower fields in July. Just a few kilometers away, you'll find two vineyards - "Fronton" and "Gaillac".
To the south, we are only 1 km away from the river Tarn, where you can take leisurely walks along the river shore, go fishing, swimming, or even try canoeing.

The Lutz house is located at 14 rue de la Croix Blanche, 31340 Bondigoux. It is 27 km away from Toulouse, at the intersection of D22 and D61, in front of the Otoulousain grocery store-restaurant. The GPS coordinates are Latitude: 43.8359273 and Longitude: 1.542163.
If you are traveling by car from Toulouse or Montauban on the A62, take exit 11 and follow the signs for Cepet / Villemur-sur-Tarn. Once you reach Villemur, cross the suspension bridge and continue following the Tarn river for 4 km.
If you are coming from Toulouse or Albi on the A68, take exit 4 and then follow the D22 towards Bessieres. Join the road towards Villemur-sur-Tarn and take the bridge over the Tarn river towards Bondigoux / Layrac (D22a).
If you prefer to travel by train, you can arrive at the stations in Montauban Villebourbon (82), Toulouse (31), Saint-Sulpice (81), or Montastruc la Advisor (31). There is also a possibility of taking a shuttle for an additional fee.
