The decor combines a sailor chic theme with vintage buttons, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. This apartment is filled with natural light and offers a comfortable space of approximately 33m2, perfect for 2 to 3 guests.

Upon entering, you will find a spacious living room of 17m2, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a wardrobe dresser reminiscent of Norman heritage, a dining table with three chairs, and a daybed (70 * 190) that can also serve as a child's bed or seating during the day.

The apartment features a cozy bedroom of 9m2 with a double bed (140 * 190), providing a peaceful and comfortable space for a good night's sleep. The bathroom, spanning 7m2, showcases an old desk with a basin, a large mirror, a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, and ample storage space.

The decor perfectly blends traditional elements, such as bourgeois moldings and dark wood family furniture, with chic maritime accessories and vintage items from the 50s and 60s. The soft shades of blue, gray, white, and linen create a calming and harmonious ambiance. The living room boasts beautiful parquet floors, while the bedroom is adorned with seagrass flooring, and the bathroom features a painted floor. Marine objects and a collection of books are sprinkled throughout the apartment, adding character and charm.

The apartment is flooded with natural light from the south-facing windows in the living room and bedroom. A small square with a grocery store nearby adds convenience to your stay. The Loft Seaman is a one-of-a-kind space with sloping ceilings, exposed beams, and a contemporary glass bathroom. Its industrial decor, including a jug and navy accents, creates a unique and stylish atmosphere. This studio apartment, perfect for two people, covers approximately 32m2.

The dining area includes a table and two high chairs, providing a cozy spot for meals. The sleeping area boasts a king-size bed (160 * 200), ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep.

The shower room is enclosed with a canopy and features a large tiled shower, an old wooden bench with a basin, a toilet, and a hairdryer.
