Located in the eastern end of the Valley of the Kings, our charming guest house is situated just a short distance away from Orleans to the south east and Sancerre to the north. Nestled between Gien, known for its bone china factory, and Briare, famous for its canal bridge, our property offers a tranquil retreat. With only 150 km separating us from Paris, which can be reached within an hour's drive from Fontainebleau, our location is easily accessible.

Our guest house comprises of two rooms, two suites, and two gites, providing a variety of accommodation options to suit your needs. The separate guest house, surrounded by a delightful park that stretches down to the Loire river, offers a peaceful and idyllic setting. Originally built in the 18th century and completely renovated in 2001, the manor house, designed in the charming "Mansart" style, stands in close proximity to our own residence.

With independent car parking facilities and entrances, you have the freedom to come and go as you please. As our guest, you are welcome to enjoy the expansive seven-acre park, adorned with ancient trees and vibrant flowers. Here, you can unwind on deckchairs, dine at outdoor tables, or engage in outdoor games with your children. We also provide tennis and table tennis facilities for your enjoyment. A private path, spanning a mere 300 meters, leads you directly to the Loire river, serving as an ideal starting point for leisurely walks or bike rides.

At our guest house, we aim to cater to your every need. We offer babysitting services, bicycle rentals, and warmly welcome animals, albeit with certain restrictions. Additionally, our property is strictly non-smoking, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for all our guests.

The price per night for a room starts from 64 Euros for two people, including breakfast. For one-night stays, there is a supplementary charge of €10. If you choose to stay with us for four nights or more, we offer a discount of 10%. Further details regarding our rates can be found on our website.

Welcome to this charming ground floor apartment, located in a beautiful, traditional Loire Valley house. With a private entrance and three windows offering stunning views of the park, this cozy 40m2 space is perfect for a maximum of two people.

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), as well as a living room furnished with Louis-Philippe antique furniture and a television. For separate sleeping arrangements, there is an additional single bed (90x190cm) available. The en-suite shower room and toilet may be small, but they provide privacy and convenience.

A kitchen corner equipped with a fridge, gas cooker, microwave, and all necessary utensils allows you to prepare your own meals. Free WiFi is available for your convenience.

Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with a barbecue, table, chairs, and deck-chairs. The estate also offers direct access to the Loire River through a private lane. Additionally, guests have access to a shared fitness room.

If needed, laundry facilities are available upon request, including washing and drying services with soap provided for a small fee of 8. A convenient car park is located within the estate.
