Room 1 is located on the side court and features a comfortable double bed measuring 140/200. The room includes a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, high-speed internet access (ADSL), and a terrace.Room 2 is situated on the side garden and offers a spacious double bed measuring 180/200. The room includes a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, WiFi connectivity, and a terrace.
Room 3 is located in the attic and features one single bed measuring 90/200 and one double bed measuring 180/200. The room includes a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, high-speed internet access (ADSL), and is quite spacious.
We also provide a baby chair and a baby cot upon request. There is a common room on the ground floor where breakfast is served, and a living room on the upper floor. Reserved parking is available in the large farmyard for our guests.

To reach this lovely retreat, simply take Exit 7 from the A19 highway and drive a short distance of 9 km to Martinatrap. This picturesque village is nestled between the charming towns of Neuville-aux-bois (4 km) and Montigny (2 km). Additionally, there is a horse box available for those wishing to bring their equine companion, with a rate of 20 per day.Reviews

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans les chambres du rez Côté cour et Côté jardin.
Tout était impecable; la déco, les aménagements et la propreté.
Le petit déjeuner excellent et copieux.
Les propriétaires; très disponibles. Ils ont pris le temps de nous faire visiter leur exploitation et de nous donner un foule d'explications sur leurs activités (ferme céréalière et élevage de chevaux).
Vraiment parfait, à recommander.

To access the destination, take the N20 road and turn left at Artenay. Then, take a left onto the Artenay D97 road towards Orleans - Stamps. Continue on this road until you reach Neuville-with-wood, where you will find the direction to Montigny and Martinatrap after 3km.
Alternatively, you can take the N152 road from Orleans - Pithiviers and turn left towards Montigny, heading in the direction of Neuville-with-wood. After 2km, you will find the direction to Martinatrap.
If you are traveling on the A19 Highway, take exit N°7 towards Pithiviers/Neuville-aux-bois.
For those using the SNCF railway, the nearest station is Orleans Aubrais.
