This village house is a charming and historic retreat, situated on the edge of a beautiful woodland. It offers complete independence and privacy, with a spacious enclosed garden of 600m².Outside, there is a convenient parking space as well as a private courtyard which is securely enclosed.
Inside, the house boasts a large and fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has direct access to a lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.
The living room, measuring 30m², features a cozy wood stove, two single beds (90cm each), a TV, and WIFI access.
There is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160cm) for a peaceful night's sleep.
The house also offers a modern shower room and a separate toilet.
For added convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, as well as storage space.
Just 1km away, there is a delightful hostel where you can taste local specialties and enjoy a memorable dining experience.
If desired, the option for end-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee (40€).
Sheets and towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
The tourist tax is included in the price.

To reach your destination from the A31 motorway exit NIGHTS SAINT GEORGES, follow these travel directions:
1. Head towards the "Vergy monuments and sites" and Pont de Pany by taking the D25 road.
2. Continue on the D25 road until you reach Pont de Villars Fontaine Pany, following the signs.
3. Proceed straight on the D35 road.
4. After a few miles, make a left turn towards MESSANGES.
5. Keep going straight until you reach the house, which will be located on your left at number 20 rue vineyards.
