In our school, we exclusively utilize environmentally certified products sourced from Cioran's farm, which is owned by the hotel-pension. The farm, known as Fereme, supplies us with a wide range of fresh produce on a daily basis. This includes dairy products, meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits, and homemade bread and pastries. Additionally, tourists visiting our school have the opportunity to engage in various farm activities. These activities include assisting with animal nutrition, such as milking, as well as participating in the collection and preservation of vegetables and fruits. Furthermore, tourists can also enjoy horseback riding on donkeys, either in a sled or car.
