Hotes absents ! Impossible d'etre reçu et logé !
Réservation faite en mai pour début septembre pour un cadeau pour mes parents. Quand ils sont arrivés sur place, personne pour les accueillir ! Après qu'ils aient appelé le gérant, il leur dit qu'il est absent pour raisons personnelles et aucun service n'est assuré. Mes parents ont du se débrouiller pour trouver un hôtel de secours.
Le gérant n'a même pas pris la peine de prévenir à l'avance qu'il était indisponible, bien qu'il ait été payé en totalité pour un service qu'il devait donner. INADMISSIBLE un tel manque de respect. NE RÉSERVER PAS GÉRANT NON FIABLE.

To get to the Domaine de Bertrandy, Château de Pontfrac, follow the D6 road towards Valensole. Avoid following the direction to Allemagne-en-Provence. After driving for approximately 3 kilometres, you will come across a small road on your left. Take this road, which will lead you downhill. Look for a sign indicating the Domaine de Bertrandy, Château de Pontfrac. Continue driving for about 900 meters, and you will find the Domaine on your left, after the road transforms into a dirt-track road.

When starting from Gréoux-les-Bains, pass Saint-Martin-de-Brosmes and continue until you reach Allemagne-en-Provence. Once in the village center, turn left in front of the Château and follow the small road for 5 kilometres. Eventually, the road will transform into a dirt-track road. The Domaine de Bertrandy, Château de Pontfrac will be on your right.
