Florence and Eric warmly welcome you to their stunning property in the beautiful area near a charming town in Lot and Garonne, close to the castle of Bonaguil. They have created a magnificent 25 m2 studio for 2 persons, made of white stone, with all the comforts you could wish for. The studio features a comfortable 160x200 bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, induction stove, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a dining area. There is also a cozy lounge area with a TV, internet access, and a CD radio. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC.During your stay, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the 6m by 11m pool. Additionally, you will have access to a summer kitchen with a dining area and barbecue facilities. There are also various activities available, such as football and bocce. The property is set on a 2.3-hectare park, where you can encounter pygmy goats and enjoy the fruits from the orchard. Parking and a carport are available, as well as a beautiful garden. Pets are welcome, subject to certain conditions that can be discussed during the booking process.
Linen, towels, pool towels, and bed linen are provided and included in the rental price. A cot with a high chair, washing machine, dryer, ironing board with an iron, and any other necessary amenities are also available upon request. Florence and Eric are dedicated to ensuring your utmost comfort and are always ready to assist you.
Upon request, you can also enjoy delicious meals prepared by the hosts, as well as a delightful breakfast.
Weekend rates are as follows:
- 1 night: 60 euro
- 2 nights: 110 euro
- 3 nights: 160 euro
- Other rates are available, please inquire.
During very high season, the rate is 340 euro, high season is 280 euro, season is 250 euro, and low season is 300 euro. A caution fee of 200 euro is required, as well as a 30 euro fee for pets. A heating supplement applies during the winter season, from November 01 to March 01.
On-site amenities include a swimming pool, table football, and boules. In the nearby town of Fumel, you can find a communal pool, shops, restaurants, a toy library, library, horse riding facilities, rowing, canoeing, and much more. Within a 30-kilometer radius, there are also attractions such as castles, golf courses, rope sports, playgrounds, vineyards, markets, and museums.
