The interior is tastefully decorated with antique country furniture, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The living room spans 30 m2 and is equipped with a TV, while the dining room features two sofa beds for additional sleeping options. The open plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, and there is a separate shower room and WC for added convenience.
Upstairs, accessed by a ladder, you will find a charming 30 m2 bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Outside, a gravelled terrace awaits, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor dining. The surrounding garden boasts beautiful trees and offers a parking space for your convenience.
As part of the larger property, there is a separate annex with a washing machine, ensuring you have all the necessary amenities at your disposal. Additionally, there is a swimming pool (10x5) available for shared use with the owners, who reside in a separate house with a different entrance.
