Located 15 km from Agen, on the hills of the right bank of the Garonne, you will find the charming hamlet of Gil, overlooking the beautiful Valley of the Mass. Situated on an expansive 8-hectare property, this bed and breakfast is housed in a historic building dating back to the sixteenth century.The Myosotis room, located on the ground floor, offers a comfortable space of 25 m², equipped with a 140 cm bed and an additional 90 cm bed. It also features a wardrobe, a shower with toilet, a kitchenette, and a private terrace. On the first floor, the Red rooms provide a cozy atmosphere with a 140 cm bed and two single beds measuring 90 cm each. These rooms also offer a wardrobe and a shower with WC.
During your stay, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, which covers an area of 50 m². Additionally, you will have the opportunity to meet our friendly Angora goats, known for producing the famous mohair, as well as our three adorable donkeys. If needed, we can arrange for a babysitter upon request.
In the surrounding area, there are various activities and attractions to explore. Take a stroll through the medieval village of Clermont Dessous, located just 2.5 km away, and marvel at its eleventh-century church. For shopping, the village of Port St. Mary is only 5 km away. Dating back to the 16th century, the cottage occupies a separate building adjacent to the owners' house, ensuring privacy without sacrificing convenience.
The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Upstairs, you will find three cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom features two 90 cm beds and convenient storage space. The second bedroom also offers two 90 cm beds and convenient storage. The third bedroom includes a comfortable 140 cm bed and a spacious cupboard. A well-appointed shower room with a toilet completes the upstairs accommodations.
On the ground floor, a welcoming living and dining area awaits. The 25.5 m² space is furnished with a rustic sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, and a farmhouse-style dining table with four chairs and a bench. From here, you can access the terrace, which features a barbecue and a garden with stunning views of the meadows and groves, facing southwest.
The fully equipped kitchen, spanning 18 m², offers modern conveniences such as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and various appliances to make meal preparation a breeze. A separate toilet with a sink is also available on the ground floor.

Directions
To get there, start from Agen and head towards Bordeaux on the N113. After passing Lapoulaille, make a right turn and then take a left towards St. Medard, continuing for about 100 meters. At the end of this road, turn left again towards Clermont Dessous. After traveling for another 100 meters, make a right turn onto a road called The Gil. Keep going until you reach the last house on the way.
