It also features a charming terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.The mobile home is available in two options: a 28m² model that is either brand new or up to 7 years old. Inside, you will find a bathroom, toilet, kitchen, refrigerator, gas hob, and gas oven, ensuring all your essential needs are met.
Sleeping arrangements include a double bed measuring 140 cm and two single beds measuring 80 cm each. Additionally, the mobile home boasts a wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, creating a delightful space for relaxation and outdoor dining.

Directions
While you are in CAEN, head towards the south peripheral. Take the n°8 exit for BESSIN - Bayeux, Carpiquet, and Cherbourg. Follow the signs for Caumont LEventé, Carpiquet, and Balleroy. Once you arrive in Carpiquet, turn right at the second traffic light. Follow the signs for Tilly/Seulles - Balleroy. Take the D9 road towards Fontenay Le Pesnel, and then continue on the D13 road towards Tilly/Seulles/Balleroy/Saint Lô. Keep going until you reach Saint Paul du Vernay. In Saint Paul du Vernay, take the D99 road towards CAHAGNOLLES on your left. Drive for approximately 2.5 kilometers. At the martyrdom, make a left turn and... YOU HAVE ARRIVED! The camping site will be on your right, just past the church.
