We recommend renting the Farmhouse for a group of 24 people, or each house can be rented separately for either 9 or 15 people. The Farmhouse is located in a neighborhood just 1 km away.The Farmhouse has a capacity of 15 people and offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 toilets. The bedrooms consist of 5 beds measuring 160x200 and 5 beds measuring 90x190. Additionally, baby cots are available upon request. The house features a cozy lounge area with a fireplace, a scullery, kitchen, and laundry facilities. It was restored in 2010 and is available for rental from December.
For smaller groups of up to 9 people, there is a separate house that can be rented. This house also offers 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. A spacious dining room allows guests from both houses to gather around a traditional Quercynoise fireplace. There is also a converted games room in the old cellar measuring 45 m2. Completing the set is a comfortable 20m2 living room.
Surrounding the Farmhouse, there are several areas equipped for games and relaxation, providing ample space for everyone to enjoy the property. You'll find swings, climbing ropes, rope ladders, rings, and more in the playing fields. There is also a tranquil and shaded orchard perfect for sunbathing. Additionally, there are two large gardens with basswood and hazel trees where you can enjoy convivial meals using the provided griddle.
The Farmhouse is located in the Regional Natural Park of limestone Quercy, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. It is an ideal base for exploring nearby attractions such as Rocamadour (24 km away), Padirac (24 km away), the Dordogne and Lot valleys (30 km away), and Saint Cirq Lapopie (35 km away). The Mas, built between 1771 and 1822, was restored in 2005 while preserving the authenticity of the area. The total living area is 200m².
