Welcome to Pognandière, a charming gite located in the heart of Normandy's Orne region, in the picturesque country of Auge. This comfortable and inviting 18th-century half-timbered house can accommodate up to 5 people.Whether you're looking for a night's stay, a weekend getaway, or a week-long vacation, Pognandière is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you're with your loved one, family, or friends, you'll be enchanted by this exceptional and tranquil location, offering breathtaking views of the Augerons countryside.
Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a traditional Norman fireplace, exposed beams, and charming floor tiles. Enjoy your favorite TV shows on the provided TV with TNT and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen features modern amenities such as a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and a cellar with a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with two 90cm beds, with the option to add an additional 90cm bed if needed. There is also a second bedroom with a comfortable 140cm bed. The hydromassage shower room and toilet complete the accommodations.
This typical Normandy house boasts beautiful half-timbered walls, exposed beams, traditional floor tiles, and hardwood floors. Outside, you'll have your own private grounds and parking space.
