Welcome to our large seaside villa in St Aubin sur Mer. Located just 200 meters from the stunning sand beach of the Alabaster Coast, our villa is approved by 3 ears Gîtes de France and can accommodate up to 17 people. With 175m² of living space and set on a 1500m² planted land, it offers plenty of room for everyone.The villa features a small tarred closed court with outside furniture, a fixed outside barbecue, and a ping pong table. For those who love cycling, we have a lockable shed to store bicycles. There is also a small bedroom with 1 single bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds superimposed, both equipped with toys, society games, and disguisings. Additionally, there is a washbasin in one of the bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you will find a dining room next to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The spacious living room of 47m² offers a breathtaking view of the sea through 10 large windows. It is furnished with a French billiards table (180/100), a sofa bed, a large table, a TV, and a small working fireplace.
The first and second floors house 5 bedrooms, consisting of 4 double beds, 9 single beds, and 3 cots with covers, duvet-covers, and pillows. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WC. The villa is equipped with central heating and is also baby-friendly.
We offer sheet rental for 6 euros per pair, and there is a cleaning supplement of 60 euros for your convenience. Every morning, you can enjoy fresh fish from the fishermen boats. For all your shopping needs, Veules les Roses and St Valéry en Caux are just a 10-minute drive away, offering a wide range of amenities including a pleasure port with a tourist office, casino, swimming pool, aerodrome, and hospital.
If you're looking to explore the area, the beach resort of Dieppe is only 25 minutes away. You can also visit many beautiful floral parks, chateaux, and stately homes nearby, such as the Bois des Moutiers in Varengeville sur mer. And if you enjoy walking, there are numerous trekking paths along the sea shore or through the countryside.

Directions
From Paris, travel approximately 200km towards Rouen. Once in Rouen, take the Barentin A15 direction until you reach Pavilly. From Pavilly, continue on D142 towards Limésy/Yerville. Upon reaching Yerville, turn right onto D142 towards SAINT LAURENT Cx. Follow the road until you pass by Fountain Dun and St Pierre the viger, then take D237 towards Strapping woman - St Pierre the Old man. When you reach the Dun Borough, make a right turn and head towards St Aubin. Look for "the Saltworks" and turn left onto D75 towards St Aubin. Proceed down the street towards "the beach". The entrance will be on your left, after passing a series of letter-boxes belonging to the postal and telecommunications authorities.
If coming from Rouen, take the direction towards Dieppe. Upon reaching St Aubin/Scie, turn towards Offranville, then follow D54 towards Ouville the river. Continue on D925 until you reach Bourg Dun, then take D237 towards St Aubin on sea.
