This house is conveniently located in the heart of the village, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Spanning across three floors, the layout of the house is as follows:On the first floor, you will find a cozy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining room that opens up to a terrace and a beautiful garden.
Moving up to the second floor, there is a bedroom with four single beds (90cm) and an attached bathroom with a toilet. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140cm) and its own bathroom. A private toilet is conveniently located on the landing.
The third floor boasts a room with five single beds (90cm), as well as a bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a sink. Furthermore, there is a mezzanine area with an additional single bed (90cm). A bathroom with a toilet is shared among these three bedrooms and is located on the landing.
For those who enjoy cycling, the house also offers a garage specifically designed to accommodate bicycles.

Directions
To reach Rians from Aix-en-Provence, head towards Sisteron on the motorway. Take the exit after Venelles (no toll required) and follow the signs for Meyrargues, Peyrolles, Jouques, and Rians. The journey typically takes 30 to 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Rians, proceed to the village center and park your car in the first available parking lot. From there, continue on foot.
