Our property features three bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom complete with a shower (measuring 120 * 80) and basin, as well as a separate toilet. The first bedroom, called "the Mansard," is located on the elevated ground floor and offers a terrace with garden views. It is furnished with a comfortable 160cm bed. On the upper level, there is a private lounge area with a television. The second bedroom, named "the garden," is situated on the ground floor with direct access to a terrace and a modular 180cm bed. Lastly, the family room, known as "the attic," is located upstairs and features an adjustable 180cm bed. Additionally, there is a cozy lounge area in this room, and for extra sleeping space, a sofa bed is provided.

Étape très agréable, très bon accueil de Nadine et son mari. Grande Chambre joliment décorée, belle salle d eau moderne. Petit déjeuner royal tout fait maison, bravo. Je recommande cette adresse, un excellent souvenir.

Directions

To reach our location, follow these travel directions: Take Exit 22 Avallon from the A6 highway. At the roundabout, head towards Lyon. Continue on the D606 and stay on the Lyon/Dijon direction until you reach a stop. After passing the stop, drive for about 500m and then take a right turn onto Etrée. You will find us at the exit of the village on the right side. If you are coming from Avallon, simply stay on the D606 road until you reach Etrée (avoid taking the Magny route).
