Completely renovated, this charming gite in Perigord accommodates up to 5 persons and is part of a beautiful complex with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Situated in a peaceful and picturesque hamlet, it boasts an excellent location. The famous tourist destination, Sarlat (medieval capital of Black Périgord), is just 6 km away, along with other attractions like Dordogne, Rocamadour, Lascaux, Les Eysies, and numerous castles such as Puymartin, Beynac, and Commarque.

For your utmost comfort, the gite provides all necessary linens. The ground floor features a spacious living room (equipped with an LCD TV), a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen spanning 30 m2. On the first floor, there is a cozy bedroom furnished with a sofa bed (BZ type) and a double bed of 140. The second floor offers a bedroom with a double bed of 140 and an additional single bed of 90. The first floor also houses a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, along with a toilet.

Endroit priviligié par son calme et son environnement. Accueil très chaleureux, les chambres agréables seront rénovés l'année 2012, ce sera parfait. Table d'hôtes excellente, à recommander

Directions

- The GPS coordinates for the destination are Latitude 44.944531 and Longitude 1.134647.
- Take the A20 motorway and exit at Gourdon (Lot Midi-Pyrenees). From there, head towards Sarlat. Once in Sarlat, follow the signs for Perigueux / Les Eyzies (D47) and continue until you see the sign for Marquay.
- After 6 km from the intersection, you will find "THE Bouyeri" on your left. Continue following the signs for Bories Marquay.
- If you are coming from the A89 motorway, exit at Les Eyzies / Sarlat. From the exit, turn left and head towards Marquay. In Marquay, take the direction towards Sarlat. After 3 km, you will see the indication for Bouyeri and Les Bories in MARQUAY on your right.
