The cottage is perfectly situated to offer a breathtaking view of the Alsace plain and the Black Forest. It is also conveniently located for exploring central Alsace around Colmar. Our accommodation is nestled in the mountains, right at the top of the village, next to the owners' house but with its own independence.

Nature enthusiasts and hikers will be thrilled to find well-marked trails right at their doorstep, perfect for activities like walking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing. For those who enjoy sports, the Lac Blanc ski resort is only a 20-minute drive away, offering a range of activities such as biking, hiking, climbing in the summer, and downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, sledging, and alpine skiing in the winter. You can also explore the Vosges ridges and their numerous lakes, and make a stop at one of the many local farms-inn to try the regional specialties.

If you're interested in cultural and historical heritage, you'll be delighted to visit some of the most beautiful villages in France along the wine route, including Kaysersberg, Eguisheim, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, and of course, Colmar. Don't miss the historical site of Linge, a significant battleground during World War I.
