This furnished apartment on the first floor of a villa boasts a southwest exposure and offers a private terrace and parking. The accommodation provides sheets and towels for guests' convenience, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.Located within 500 meters from the sea, the apartment features two rooms with a comfortable double bed in each. One room faces east, while the other enjoys a southwest orientation. The bathroom between the two rooms is equipped with a bathtub, a sink, and a washing machine. Additionally, there is a separate toilet (WC).
The functional kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, a 4-ring hob, and a dishwasher. The dining room-living room area faces south and offers a delightful view of the sea through the adjacent pine forest. It is furnished with a sofa and a television for guests' entertainment.
