"Smart Living" offers a charming and independent apartment with its own private entrance from the beautiful courtyard garden. This characterful 15th century stone house has been meticulously maintained, preserving its original features such as stone flag floors and traditional French-style ceilings. The kitchen and dining area are well-equipped with modern amenities including an induction cooker, top fridge, microwave oven, and a selection of crockery and kitchen utensils. The spacious 20m2 bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, a single bed, and ample storage space. The bathroom is complete with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, house linen is provided for your convenience.

Directions

The house is located 15 kilometers to the west of Nîmes. To get there from the A9 highway, take the Gallargues exit and continue on the N113 towards Nîmes. Shortly after passing the Bas Rhône canal, turn onto the D1 road towards Calvisson. Once you reach the village, look for signs leading to the house, which is located two doors past the town hall (mairie). You can park your vehicle securely and free of charge at the main square of Calvisson, behind the small supermarket Casino. It is only a five-minute walk from there to the house.
