Welcome to our beautiful Landaise house in the heart of the Médoc region. Situated between the stunning ocean beaches, expansive vineyards, and the estuary, our house is the perfect retreat for your vacation. We are just 10 minutes away from the magnificent beaches of Montalivet and 5 minutes from the town of Lesparre-Medoc, where you can find all the necessary amenities.
Nestled in the midst of the Médoc vineyards, our house sits on a lovely private property of 2300 m2, surrounded by lush greenery. You can enjoy outdoor activities and cook delicious meals using our covered barbecue area. The house is located in the charming village of Vendays, just a 3-minute drive away.
Our house has been completely renovated and decorated with great attention to detail in winter 2016. The interior is tastefully designed and features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and comfortable bedrooms. The ground floor comprises a well-equipped kitchen with French windows, a cozy living room with access to the barbecue area, a large bedroom, a separate toilet, and a shared bathroom. There is also a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with two beds and its own shower and toilet. An additional bed can be provided for a child if needed.
We kindly request that our guests take good care of our house and its furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to indulge in your culinary passions. We provide quality glassware for wine enthusiasts. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, and we expect our guests to respect the property and its surroundings.
Linen, including towels and bed sheets, is provided. Weekly rates apply from Saturday to Saturday. The maximum occupancy is 8 people, and pets are not allowed. A security deposit of 1000 euros is required, which will be returned at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages. Please make sure to check your insurance coverage.
We are available in case of any issues or emergencies during your stay. Please note that caravans, campers, and disco parties are not allowed on the premises.
