This description is for a spacious F3 apartment located on the first floor of a quiet and green residential residence called Parc des Chevreaux. The apartment is independent and covers an area of 42 m2, comprising of two rooms.The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside table, desk, dresser/cupboard, clothes rack/shelves, and a television. Sheets and towels are provided, and Wi-Fi is included.
The common areas shared by the two bedrooms include a beautiful living room and a kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, armchair, TV stand, TV, and DVD player. The kitchen features cabinets, a dining table for four people, a large fridge, and a washing machine.
The shower room consists of a washbasin cabinet, mirror, shower, programmable towel radiator, window, and toilet.
Outside, there is a closed and well-maintained garden spanning 300m2, with a dining/recreation area, deckchairs, and a ping pong table. Parking is available in front of the house.
