Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. Guests can start their day with a delicious breakfast consisting of refreshing fruit juice, flaky croissants, homemade jams, and creamy yogurts. Convenient parking is available in the courtyard. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of the nearby hiking and mountain biking trails that wind through the scenic countryside. Additionally, guests are invited to explore the stunning flower garden, a testament to the passion of Anne and Xavier. For a moment of serenity, they can sit on the bench by the tranquil water feature.Le Clos Xavianne, situated along the renowned "Paths and Memories of War 14-18" (Tank Flesquières), is conveniently located near several noteworthy attractions. These include the historic town of Cambrai, known for its artistic heritage and the Juventus Festival, as well as its impressive Feudal architecture and the vibrant August 15th celebrations. Directions
To reach our destination from Calais, follow these directions: Take the A26 towards Reims and take exit 9. From there, turn left onto the D917 towards Peronne. Continue on this road until you reach the 1500 mark, then make a right turn onto the D56 which will lead you to Villers Plouich. At the front of the church, turn left onto the D89 and continue until you reach Ribécourt Tower. After passing the church at the crossroads, make a left turn onto the D29 towards Marcoing. Our location will be on the right side, approximately 200 meters away.
If you are coming from Lille, head towards Paris on the A1 and then take the A26 towards Reims. Follow the same directions as mentioned above, taking exit 9.
From Reims, take the A26 towards Calais and once again, exit at 9. Follow the same directions as mentioned above.
For those coming from Valenciennes or Brussels, take the A2 towards Paris and exit at 14. At the roundabout, take the first exit on the right towards Bapaume (N30). Continue on this road, crossing Fontaine Notre Dame until you reach the last intersection. At this point, make a left turn onto the D142 and continue until you reach Cantaing Scheldt. Then, make a right turn onto the D92 and continue until Flesquières. At the first crossroads, make a left turn onto the D89 and continue until you reach Ribécourt Tower. At the crossroads, make a right turn onto the D29 towards Marcoing. Our location will be on the right side, approximately 200 meters away.
