At the base of the Guérande ramparts, you will find Annex 43. This charming accommodation offers a cozy living room complete with a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed (160), and the bathroom includes a walk-in shower and toilet. You will have direct access to the terrace, where you can relax on the garden furniture, sunbathe on the deckchairs, and enjoy meals prepared on the plancha. Additionally, there is a beautiful garden to explore.Included in your rent are the following amenities: bed linen, shower sheets, towels, and kitchen linen. You will also have access to a private parking space and WIFI.
Please note that access to the laundrette is not included and incurs an additional cost of 3.5. Additionally, there is a visitor's tax.
Kindly be aware that pets are not allowed in the accommodation, and it is a non-smoking environment.
The rental is available for a minimum of two nights. During July and August, rentals are only from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
