Description for B&B:
Jean Idiart invites you into his home, a charming 17th century farmhouse that has been reimagined by architect Hervé Soriano. With great care, Soriano has maintained the authentic charm of this place, which showcases classic Navarre architecture. He skillfully embraces the building's imperfections and the marks of time, transforming them into elements of beauty.Driven by a desire to restore this house to its original status as a family home and preserve its unique architecture, the space has been redesigned with inspiration from the original plans. These adaptations seamlessly blend the old with the new, giving the house a fresh purpose.
Upon completion of the restructuring, the interior is adorned with a combination of cherished family furniture, contemporary pieces from Alki, and carefully selected artworks from the COOP contemporary art structure.
In this home, true luxury lies in the attention to detail.
