The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, 1 hotplate, 3 gas fireplaces, a refrigerator, and a fireplace with a wood stove.

The cottage includes a bedroom with a comfortable bed measuring 160 x 200, and another bedroom with 2 beds measuring 90 x 190. Additionally, there is an independent room with a bed measuring 140 x 190, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

For added convenience, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, an iron table, a washbasin, and an additional toilet. The cottage also boasts a terrace with a lovely view of the garden and the nearby castle.

The private garden, measuring 110 m², is fully fenced and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor dining and relaxation. A garage is provided for parking convenience.

Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the cottage, and pets are not allowed.

Directions

To reach the house, follow these travel directions: Take exit 15 from the A75 motorway and make a left turn towards St Germain Lembron. Then, take a right turn towards Boudes, and another right turn towards Chalus. As you enter Chalus, you will find the house located behind the barn with the red porch.
