The kitchen, designed in a country style, is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave oven, and fridge/freezer. It also features a spacious dining area with a table and chairs. The living area provides two comfortable sofas for relaxation. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a bath, sink, and toilet. Open stairs lead from the living area to two generously-sized and attractive bedrooms. One bedroom offers a double bed, while the other bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two single beds.The Grenier (Sleeps 4): Accessible through an exterior oak staircase, this independent first floor apartment welcomes you with its own front door entrance. The accommodation comprises a large living/dining room, featuring a delightful kitchen corner equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, and more. Adjacent to this room, you will find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Separated by a curtain, there are also bunk beds available. The bedroom includes a shower room with a sink and toilet.

To reach "La Ferme des Vallots" from the central crossroads in Livarot, head towards Orbec. Ascend the hill in the direction of the forest. After passing the cemetery, look out for a sign indicating "La Ferme des Vallots" on your left, approximately 200m ahead. Our location is at the end of this lane.
