The accommodation at ARRION Metairie offers two adjoining bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 160cm bed, as well as a baby bed. The bathroom features an Italian shower, two sinks, a separate WC, and a washing machine. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace, a comfortable lounge area, and a dining area with a large table for 12 people. Additionally, there is a bar corner for relaxation.

The barn is situated on 8 hectares of open wooded ground, providing ample space to explore. Guests can also take advantage of the BBQ and outdoor warm shower. The barn itself has a surface area of 150m².

The location of the barn is conveniently close to the A63 motorway, with easy access from exit n°11 between Magescq and Herm. The village of Magescq is just 3km away, while the beautiful beaches of Messanges Plage, Soustons Plage, and Vieux Boucau can be reached within a 20-minute drive. The center of Soustons is also only 15 minutes away.

Bed linen, including sheets, covers, pillows, bath mats, and towels, as well as kitchen towels, are provided for guests' convenience.

For entertainment, the accommodation offers various games and sports equipment, including dice, cards, darts, petanque for children, golf equipment, croquet for children, volley ball, badminton, and access to a ping-pong table. Please note that there is no television, but WIFI is available 100 meters away. The owner of the property lives nearby and is happy to provide advice and assistance.

Additionally, ARRION guesthouse, located just 100 meters from the barn, can provide additional bed and breakfast accommodation if needed.

The rental rates for 2022 are as follows:
- Weekly rentals, with a minimum stay of one week
- Check-in on Saturday at 4 pm and check-out on Saturday at 12 noon
- Mid-July to end of August: 900,- per week
- Low season: 700,- per week
- Campers with their own tents: 10,- per day per person, with children under 10 years old staying for free
- A deposit of 500,- is required.
