Situated approximately 20 km south of Rennes and just a 15-minute drive from Saint Jacques de la Landes Airport, our location is nestled in a picturesque and lushly wooded area. You'll be delighted to discover that you are less than 2 km away from the Vilaine River and its scenic tourist route, adorned with delightful mills, making it the perfect setting for leisurely strolls or bike rides.In close proximity, you'll also find the renowned Lohéac racetrack, which offers an opportunity to witness thrilling races and explore its splendid museum.
We are pleased to offer you a spacious guest room with its own separate entrance. The room is designed in a duplex style, with a comfortable 160-sized bed on the ground floor, complete with a TV and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to it is a private bathroom featuring a convenient walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find a large room spanning 40 square meters, which houses two additional beds sized 140 and 90. This room also boasts a cozy sitting area and a range of amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary supplies for tea and herbal infusions. Additionally, there is an assortment of games and books available for children's entertainment. We have also compiled a collection of regional information and brochures for your perusal.
As pet lovers ourselves, we warmly welcome your furry companions, and our two friendly dogs will be delighted to meet them. Furthermore, we are pleased to provide you with the use of two mountain bikes, tailored for both men and women.

Directions
The Boulay is situated 20 kilometers south of Rennes. To get there, take the D 177 road towards the Rennes-Redon axis. Exit towards Bourg des Comptes-Janzé and then take the fourth road on your right at the horse riding center. Continue straight for 2.5 kilometers and you will arrive at your destination (Look out for signs at the last crossroads).
Alternatively, you can reach The Boulay by taking the N 137 road towards the Rennes-Nantes axis. Take the Crevin exit and then turn left onto the D 101 road. At the roundabout, take the first right onto the D 48 road towards Guichen. Continue straight for approximately 8 kilometers, then turn left towards Guichen train station. At the station, turn right onto the D 48 road towards Guignen. After 700 meters, take the first right and continue for another 800 meters to reach your destination (Look out for signs at the last crossroads).
