Welcome to our charming gite where you can enjoy a comfortable and hygienic stay. Each room has its own private entrance, offering a peaceful retreat with a picturesque view of our garden and heated swimming pool. The recently renovated rooms ensure a high standard of cleanliness, and our brand new and cozy bedding guarantees a restful sleep. The rooms feature queen-sized beds and each has its own private bathroom and toilet. We kindly ask that our guests refrain from smoking, and we regretfully do not allow pets on the premises.Our fully furnished accommodation can accommodate up to four people and is located within our property. With a spacious living area of 27m², it comprises of a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Entertainment is provided with a flat screen TV offering satellite channels. For your convenience, a washing machine is also available. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and a bathroom with a toilet is included. Enjoy outdoor dining on the covered terrace, complete with a plancha grill. To ensure your comfort during your stay, an air conditioner is provided, along with internet access (WiFi or ethernet). Rest assured, your vehicle will be safe in our closed parking area.
Please note that the swimming pool is shared with other guests and is available for use between 10 am and 7 pm.

To reach 13 Sand Lane, Gujan Mestras, follow these travel directions: From Bordeaux, head towards the Arcachon basin using the A63. Continue on the A660 in the direction of Gujan Mestras. At the end of the driveway, you will arrive at 13 Sand Lane, Gujan Mestras.
