La Relinquière is a bed and breakfast and cottage located in the charming medieval village of Milhac. Situated in the Lot region, this property is rich in history and surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of Quercy and Périgord. Isabelle and Patrick warmly welcome guests to their former farmhouse, built in the late 18th century with traditional Perigord stones. The property has been lovingly renovated and features a delightful heated pool, perfect for relaxation.

We offer three charming guest rooms, all classified with 3 stars, including one on the ground floor of the main house. Additionally, there is an independent cottage with a spacious living area of approximately 100 square meters, accommodating 4/5 people. All guests have access to the swimming pool.

La Relinquière is ideally located in the heart of Milhac, a medieval village that sits between the regions of Perigord Gourdon in the Lot and Sarlat-la-Caneda in the Dordogne. The property is surrounded by famous landmarks such as the Cougnac and Lascaux Caves, the panoramic view of Domme over the Dordogne Valley, the medieval town of Gourdon, the picturesque village of Laroque-Gageac, and the captivating castles of Milandes and Castelnaud. Welcome to La Relinquière, where you can indulge in a delightful cottage rental in the charming medieval village of Milhac, nestled between the historic towns of Sarlat and Gourdon in the picturesque regions of Le Quercy and Perigord.

This enchanting farmhouse, restored to its former glory, offers a truly authentic experience of the region. The independent cottage, a converted 18th-century building, spans approximately 100m² across two levels.

On the first level, you will find a cozy living room with a wood stove nestled in a traditional "cantou" fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen-dining area opens up to a private terrace, perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, along with a separate bathroom and toilet, complete this level.

The second level features a games room with a television and a sofa-bed, providing additional sleeping space. There is also a spacious bedroom furnished with two single beds, which can be transformed into a double bed upon request.

For your convenience, we provide a range of amenities including freshly made beds upon arrival, a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, dryer, ironing board, iron, and weekly linen change. A cot is available upon request, and you can enjoy entertainment with the TV and DVD player, as well as stay connected with our wifi.

After exploring the beautiful surroundings, take a refreshing dip in the inviting swimming pool to unwind and relax. The pool opening hours are provided in the rental contract.

Directions

If you are traveling from the north of France, take the A20 motorway and exit at Souillac. From there, follow the signs to Le Roc, then Masclat and Milhac.

If you are coming from Toulouse, take the A20 motorway and exit at the first exit for Cahors south. Follow the signs towards Brive and at the exit for the Bridge of Rhodes, turn left towards St Cirq Souillaguet. Once you reach Gourdon, take the direction towards Sarlat and then look out for the signs to Milhac after the ponds. If it is raining, follow the signs to Milhac.
