Come and relax in the serene surroundings of La Roseraie. This charming retreat is conveniently located just 400m from La Vallee des Singes (Valley of the Monkeys) and only 50 minutes away from Futuroscope.

Enjoy endless hours of summer fun in our 10m x 5m ‘Desjoyeaux swimming pool.

La Roseraie is a spacious 1850 Charentais stone farmhouse, boasting beautiful exposed oak beams, stone and wood floors. With 4 bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps 12 plus guests. Recently renovated to a very high standard, the house offers spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and large lounges for ultimate comfort and tranquility. For entertainment, we provide a small billiard table and children’s games. Additionally, a fridge is available for your convenience.

Experience the charm of al fresco dining on our very large covered patio, complete with an original old built-in bread oven. Garden furniture is provided for relaxation under the sun or in the shade of our magnificent walnut and chestnut trees.

Location Details: Our house, La Roseraie, is located 30 minutes south of Poitiers. To reach Poitiers, you can take either the A10 or N10. From Poitiers, take the fast and straight N10 and continue until you reach the Couhé turn off, which should take about 30 minutes. At the turn off, turn left at the Intermarché supermarket and follow the signs that lead to the village of Romagne. It is worth noting that we are only 400 meters away from the famous La Vallée des Singes (Valley of the monkeys) visitor attraction. Therefore, finding La Roseraie is quite easy; simply follow any of the signs that direct you from various locations in the region. Our house, La Roseraie, is situated in a small hamlet called Chez Sicault, just 2km away from the village of Romagne.
