This independent gite offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 people. With a spacious area of 60 sq.m., it is furnished with a 4-star tourism rating and features air-conditioning. Located between Montpellier (12 km) and Lunel (6 km), it is conveniently situated just 12 km away from the beaches.The gite includes a fully equipped kitchen with gas plates, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator-freezer. The living room is furnished with a TV-TNT and DVD player, as well as offering WIFI access. The mezzanine-bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 bed and a desk, while the second bedroom has two beds measuring 90x200 (with an additional bed of the same size available). The bathroom and toilet facilities are separate.
Outside, guests can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The gite also provides a garage with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a gas barbecue for outdoor cooking. Families with children will appreciate the complete equipment for child care.
Additionally, guests have access to a swimming pool and relaxation area featuring a spa, shower, and toilet facilities.

Dans cet endroit tout est parfait: propreté, calme, gentillesse et discrétion de la propriétaire, belle région , piscine très bien entretenue allez y vous ne serez pas déçus.
