Welcome to our comfortable and well-equipped gite! Each guest will have access to an equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, freezer, microwave, and storage space. The spacious living room is furnished with a dining table, sofas, and internet access. In addition, the bathroom includes a toilet, bathtub, washing machine, and a storage closet for your convenience.Conveniently located near shops and a bus stop, you can also enjoy free parking on the street along the Camino de Santiago. The rental price is €44 per night per room for stays up to 122 nights (4 months). For stays exceeding 122 nights, the price is reduced to €11 per night per room. The rent includes provisional charges for water, gas, electricity, and internet.
To ensure a harmonious living environment, we kindly ask all guests to maintain cleanliness and respect common areas. This includes sweeping if needed, as well as tidying up and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom after each use. Please note that food expenses are not included in the rent.

Directions
To reach your destination, follow these revised travel directions: Take the A63 motorway and exit at St Jean de Luz South. From there, continue in the direction of Ciboure on the RN10. You will pass a tobacco shop and a bakery on your right. Take a left onto Rue Evariste Baignol, passing by Dodanne. Keep to the right at the Y intersection, and you will find the number 41 after approximately 200 meters.
