Our vacation rental is situated on the second floor of our house and spans an area of 60m². It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and offers the following amenities: a cozy living room equipped with a TV and DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen including a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The rental comprises of a first bedroom with a double bed measuring 140x190 and a second bedroom with two beds measuring 90x190. Rest assured, the beds will be prepared for your arrival. Additionally, the rental features a bathroom with a shower and provides towels for your convenience. Other amenities include a washing machine, access to our garden with outdoor furniture, swimming pool, and sun loungers. Stay connected with our WiFi service and if you require a baby cot or any other baby equipment, simply let us know in advance. We also offer additional services such as babysitting and housekeeping upon request. The minimum rental duration is 2 nights.Reviews

If you are coming from Strasbourg or Mulhouse on the A35, follow these directions to reach Niederau Green House with a deer on the front:
1. Take exit 25 (Freiburg / Horbourg / Colmar South) and stay on the left lane.
2. Turn left towards Colmar Sud (rue de la Semm D13).
3. Keep going until you reach a traffic light and turn right onto avenue d'Alsace N422.
4. Continue straight and at the second light, turn right onto rue du Landwasser.
5. Keep going straight and take the fifth street on your left.
6. Follow this path until you reach Niederau Green House with a deer on the front.
