This apartment offers convenient access to various amenities and attractions including the beach, food shops, markets, water sports facilities, cultural centers, nightclubs, water park, nature base, historical center of old FREJUS, and shopping in ST RAPHAEL. All of these can be reached via a pedestrian path known as the "chemin béal".

Located overlooking the park of the residence, this apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 people (ideal for 2). It features an entrance, a spacious bathroom with toilet, a fully renovated kitchenette, and a living room with a non-enclosed sleeping area. The sleeping arrangements include 1 double bed in the bedroom area and 1 double sofa bed in the living area.

To secure your reservation, a contract must be signed by the tenant and a deposit check must be provided. The remaining balance of the rental fee and the deposit must be paid upon arrival. The apartment is equipped with new appliances including a TV, washing machine, multifunction microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge-freezer. The bathroom features large wall mirrors positioned above the sink unit and the WC.

To reserve the apartment, the tenant must sign the contract and provide a deposit check for 30% of the total rent. The reservation becomes final and definitive upon sending the completed and signed lease, along with the deposit check. The balance of the rental fee and the deposit must be paid upon arrival in order to receive the keys.

A security deposit check must be given to the owner's representative upon arrival and will be held during your stay. Water and electricity consumption are included in the advertised price, except in low season where a flat rate of 105 per week applies.

In the event of cancellation less than one month before the lease takes effect, the tenant will forfeit the deposit paid. If the cancellation occurs less than one month before the effective date of the lease, the tenant will also be responsible for paying the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent, as a penalty.

Check-in takes place on Saturdays, and the owner's representative will be available to arrange arrival and departure times, as well as address any issues during your stay. Check-in time is from 2 pm to evening, by appointment, while check-out time is in the morning before 11 am, by appointment.

Upon check-in, you will receive two keychains, one of which includes the remote control for the residence's gate and underground garages. In the event of loss, a fee of 120 will be charged for the larger keychain with 4 keys, and a fee of 60 will be charged for the smaller keychain with 3 keys.

Guests will have access to 3 pool bracelets during their stay. In case of loss, each bracelet will incur a charge of 75.
