Il Monticello is a charming and character-filled stone villa, privately owned and located on the Plascassier hill near Grasse, the renowned perfume capital of the world. It is conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from the international airport of Nice, and a mere 15 minutes from the vibrant city of Cannes.This delightful villa boasts three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a private bathroom, with two of them also offering a terrace. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is sure to make guests feel at home. Surrounded by a spacious Provencal garden adorned with an abundance of flowers and shaded areas, the villa offers a breathtaking view, a large swimming pool, and private parking.
While the serenity of the surroundings is absolute, guests will find everything they desire within reach. The area offers a range of activities such as golfing, tennis, horse riding, shopping, and easy access to the railway station. For those who value connectivity, the villa provides high-tech amenities including broadband internet access (ADSL) available through a wireless LAN (WiFi). English and German languages are spoken for convenient communication.

Il Monticello
The B&B is well located in a beautiful setting, close to the city but still very quiet. Everything is tastefully decorated. Gucky, the owner, makes you feel at home.
Directions
To get to our house, follow these travel directions:
1. Exit the A8 toll way at junction 42 and follow the sign for Cannes-Centre, Mouans-Sartoux, Mougins, Le Cannet, Grasse.
2. Take the N85, also known as La Penetrante, in the direction of Grasse.
3. Leave the N85 at the Mouans-Sartoux exit.
4. When you reach the exit roundabout, turn right onto the first street called Route de la Roquette, heading towards Mouans-Sartoux.
5. Keep going on this street until you reach the end, where you'll find a roundabout and a Mac Donald on your right.
6. Turn left onto N2085/Avenue de Cannes.
7. Continue on this street and pass a small roundabout located just after the La Strada movie theatre.
8. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right onto Avenue Marcel Joumet.
9. Keep going until you come across a railway.
10. Immediately after the railway, turn left and take the D404 in the direction of Plascassier and Valbonne.
11. After the second curve, you'll see a small concrete lane separator in the middle of the road.
12. Turn left onto Chemin du Plan at this point.
13. After 1.5 km, the street name changes to Chemin du Collet de St Marc.
14. Keep going until you reach number 77 on your right, just after a hangar/shed on the left side of the road.
15. Take the lane and drive all the way up for 200 meters.
16. Our house is an old stone house at the end of the lane on the left side.
