There are three studio rooms available. The first room is a spacious 24m² bedroom that includes a kitchen area and a salon with a comfortable sofa. Additionally, there is a separate shower room and toilet for your convenience. The second room is a cozy 10m² mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Outside, there is a private terrace where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors, complete with comfortable garden furniture.Description for Gite
We offer two charming cottages with comfortable amenities for an enjoyable stay. Each cottage measures 55 m² and features a cozy bedroom with a 140 cm bed and two bunk beds suitable for children (all equipped with new bedding). The bathroom includes an Italian shower, and there is a separate toilet for your convenience. The living room combines a lounge and dining area, along with a well-equipped kitchenette that includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave oven, induction hob, electric oven, kettle, Carte Noire coffee machine, and dishes.In addition, we have another spacious cottage measuring approximately 65 m². It comprises two bedrooms, one with a comfortable 140 cm bed and the other with two single 90 cm beds (all with new bedding). The cottage also offers a toilet cubicle with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a living room with a lounge-dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, including a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave oven, induction hob, electric oven, kettle, Carte Noire coffee machine, and dishes.
For your convenience, we provide free wifi and parking in the courtyard. Each cottage has its own private terrace with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings (availability may vary depending on the season).
Please note that access to the laundry room is reserved for stays of one week or more. We have decided not to increase our rates due to the rising cost of energy, but we kindly ask our guests to be mindful of their consumption. Daily meter checks will be conducted, and if excessive consumption is observed, we reserve the right to charge a supplement.
Lastly, we regret to inform you that pets are not accepted in our cottages.

De gite is voorzien van het modernste comfort, de eigenaars onderhouden hun gites en domein zeer goed, alles verkeert in onberispelijke staat. Het was een genoegen om hier te mogen zijn. Ideaal voor rustzoekers.

Agréable pause dans un écrin de verdure sur notre parcours de vacances. Nous avons découvert une magnifique propriété entretenue avec soin, des gîtes décorés avec goût pour une ambiance apaisante. Merci à Valérie et Marc pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur générosité.

Gîte très bien situé pour visiter la Vendée, propriétaires très accueillants, discrets. Cadre magnifique dans la campagne tout en étant proche des grandes surfaces et des restaurants. Upon reaching NANTES, head towards Bordeaux on the A83 motorway. Take exit N ° 7 towards LUCON. Proceed through St Jean de Beugne and Ste Gemme La Plaine. At the crossroads, continue following the sign for Fontenay le comte. After 300m, take the small road on the right. At the stop, make a left turn. Our location will be on the right, approximately 500m ahead.
