Welcome to our cozy guest house located in a beautifully restored 18th-century mill house. Nestled on a vast 15-hectare property, it boasts a stunning 5-hectare lake where you can enjoy day and night carp fishing.

The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a comfortable bedroom with an attached bathroom and toilet. On the first floor, you will find a spacious suite that can accommodate up to four guests, complete with its own bathroom and toilet.

All rooms are adorned with charming beams and furnished with antique pieces, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. For your entertainment, we provide satellite TV and a DVD player.

Our guest house is situated in a quaint village, just 2 km away from a supermarket and other essential shops. If you wish to explore the surrounding area, it's only a one-hour drive to the vibrant cities of Tours, Blois, and Le Mans.

Directions

To reach the guest house from Paris, take the A11 motorway and exit at La Ferté Bernard. Continue towards Saint-Calais and then follow the direction to La Chartre. The journey from the motorway to the guest house takes approximately 35 minutes. If you are coming from Tours airport, the travel time is around 1 hour.
