This cottage, located in a historic farmhouse forge, has undergone a renovation using non-allergenic materials and is maintained with organic products. It is specifically designed to cater to individuals with allergies, but its healthy environment can be enjoyed by all. The restoration of this charming cottage has been carried out while preserving its rural regional architectural character, without compromising on modern comforts. The thick adobe construction ensures a pleasantly cool atmosphere, even in hot weather.Depending on your requirements and preferences, you have the option to reserve baby equipment, such as a bed, high chair, bath, bottle warmer, pot, and wooden park. Additionally, bed and/or toilet linen, as well as final cleaning services, can be arranged.
We are open for bookings from early April to mid-November. The property also features a large swimming pool measuring 16m by 5m, which is wheelchair accessible. The pool consists of three sections: a small bath with an access ramp for individuals with reduced mobility, including a balneo corner with massaging nozzles; an intermediate section with a gradual slope from 60cm to 1.50m; and a deeper section measuring 5m by 6m with a depth of 1.50m. The latter two sections are equipped with submerged holding bars, benefiting those with limited lower limb mobility and also suitable for aquagym activities.
Our saltwater pool is well exposed to sunlight and partially heated. It is secured by a 1.40m barrier and a perimeter alarm. Upon reservation, a 5-seater spa is available for use (additional charges apply based on the number of people), along with the option to indulge in massages (starting from 20, also available upon reservation, except on Saturdays). Furthermore, we offer a large trampoline (4.40m in diameter) and a table tennis table for your enjoyment.

Directions
To reach your destination, follow these revised travel directions:
1. Take motorway A72 and exit at Feurs.
2. Once you exit, turn left onto D 1089 heading towards Boën.
3. After passing over the motorway, take a left turn towards Poncins.
4. Continue on the road towards Poncins until you reach the village.
5. Drive through Poncins and, after passing the town hall, take a right turn towards Montverdun.
6. From Montverdun, it is approximately 3.5 km to your destination.
7. Look out for a small narrow bridge, followed by a straight line where you will pass "Les Perrichons" and "Clos de la Renardine".
8. The road will then slightly turn, followed by another straight line.
9. As you continue, you'll notice a farm on your right, followed by a zone of undergrowth.
10. Just outside this undergrowth, on the right side of the road, you will find the house.
11. The house may only become visible at the last moment.
12. Look for the signposts "Clévacances," "Le Routard," and "TopRural" on the two pillars of the portal to locate the designated parking area.
