This charming 2-bedroom apartment is situated in a peaceful hamlet at the heart of the picturesque Combrailles region. Just a short distance from Saint Gervais d'Auvergne, it is the perfect place to relax and immerse yourself in the stunning surrounding landscapes. Classified with three stars by Thermauvergne and offering special packages for thermal cure, this accommodation is ideal for those seeking a rejuvenating getaway.

With its stone walls and solid wood furniture, the apartment provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay. Although it is attached to our house, it offers complete independence and can comfortably accommodate 2 people (and possibly 1 infant). The open kitchen is equipped with a table and 3 chairs, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchenware. The bedroom features a 140-sized bed and a corner sofa with a television. Internet ADSL is also available in the apartment.

The kitchenette is open to the bedroom/living room, creating a studio-like layout. A closet and a bathroom with a spacious shower, washbasin, and toilet are also provided, along with a storage cabinet. Upon request, we can loan you an umbrella bed, a chair, and a high chair.

St Gervais d'Auvergne, located just 2.5 kilometers away, offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and services. Linen rental is available upon request. Outside, you can enjoy a furnished terrace with a table, chairs, deck chairs, parasol, and barbecue, as well as a large plot of land.

Please note that our gîte is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets. For further information or inquiries, feel free to contact us. We accept payment by check or cash. A 20% deposit of the rental price is required upon booking, and a security deposit of 350 will be requested upon check-in, which will be returned after the inventory is taken upon departure.

During the summer, there are plenty of tourist activities to enjoy in the area. You can also take a refreshing swim at Philippe Pond in Saint Gervais d'Auvergne. Notable nearby attractions include the Gorges de la Sioule, the Meander of Queuille, the Resistance Museum, the Manor of Veygoux, Volvic, Riom, Montluçon, Vulcania, Clermont-fd, Vichy, and the chain of Puys. The gîte is conveniently located near GR roads, as well as opportunities for climbing, canoeing, horseback riding, and fishing. If you're in need of some relaxation, there are also thermal resorts nearby, such as Châteauneuf les Bains (10 kilometers) and Neris les Bains (40 kilometers).
