Welcome to our 3-star apartment in Cassis! This beautifully air-conditioned apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. With a spacious area of 58 m2, it is conveniently located just 50 meters away from the beach. The city center and port are also just a 10-minute walk away.

You'll be delighted by the large windows in every room, all of which provide stunning views of the sea and Cap Canaille. Step out onto the 40 m2 balcony, equipped with electric blinds, and enjoy meals or sunbathe on the provided 2 sunbeds.

The apartment features a bright and spacious living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (160cm) for 2 people, 3 nesting tables, 4 chairs, a color TV, and a library. The large bedroom is equipped with a cozy 140cm bed for 2 people, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table with chair, a 3-door wardrobe (one with a mirror), a wooden chair, and a cot. All windows and windows in the apartment are fitted with electric shutters.

In the kitchen, you'll find all the essentials for your stay, including 6 kitchen items, a table with 4 chairs, a dishwasher with 8 cutlery sets, a fridge/freezer, a microwave with a grill, and a coffee machine.

The bathroom features a shower cabin with windows, a sink with a cabinet (2 doors/3 drawers) and mirror, a heated towel rail, and a washing machine. There is also a separate WC.
