CHENONCEAU SUITE:

Also located on the first floor of the manor, the Chenonceau Suite includes two inviting rooms. The first room measures 18sqm and faces south, providing a charming view of both the garden and the vineyard. The second room is 15sqm and faces west, offering a pleasant view of the garden. These rooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet. The largest room features a cozy double bed measuring 160x200cm, while the second room has two twin beds measuring 100cm wide.

CHEVERNY SUITE:

COTTAGE MONTRESOR

This charming cottage, located in a beautifully renovated 18th century farmhouse, offers a comfortable and spacious accommodation for 8 to 10 people. With its east, south, and west-facing orientation, you can enjoy plenty of natural light throughout the day.

The ground floor features a generous 70sqm living room with a cozy fireplace, perfect for gathering with family and friends. The fully-equipped 11.5sqm kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is also a convenient toilet located in the entrance room.

Upstairs, you will find an 18sqm mezzanine area and four bedrooms ranging from 9 to 13sqm. Two bathrooms, including a private one, and two separate toilets ensure convenience for all guests.

The bedrooms consist of two rooms with twin beds (90x200cm), one room with a double bed (160x200cm), and another room with a double bed (140x200cm). The bathrooms are equipped with both showers and baths, as well as double washbasins. Additionally, there is a separate shower room with a sink and toilet.

The cottage provides various amenities, including a functional fireplace for cozy winter evenings, a baby chair, and the option to book a baby bed in advance. The mezzanine area also offers a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

In terms of entertainment, the cottage offers a TV, DVD player, and internet connection. Outside, you can enjoy a barbecue and relax on the terrace.

MONTPOUPON COTTAGE

Situated in the same 18th century farmhouse and renovated in 2002, Montpoupon Cottage offers a cozy and comfortable accommodation option. Its east and west-facing orientation ensures plenty of natural light throughout the day.

The cottage features a 36sqm living room with a well-equipped kitchen corner, perfect for preparing meals. A fireplace, although non-functional, adds to the charm of the space. Three bedrooms, ranging from 11 to 13sqm, provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. A shower room with a toilet is also available.

Entrance to the garden can be accessed from the rear through small stairs.

The bedrooms consist of one room with twin beds (90x200cm), one room with a double bed (160x200cm), and another room with twin beds (80x200cm). The shower room includes a sink, shower, and toilet.

Facilities provided include the option to book a baby bed in advance. The cottage also offers a TV, internet connection, and outside, you can enjoy a barbecue and relax on the terrace.
