On the ground floor, there are four beautifully themed rooms that will transport you to the enchanting region of Provence. The first room, adorned with the delightful aroma of lavender, will evoke fond memories of Provence for up to four guests. The second room, inspired by the vibrant colors of the countryside at sunrise, offers a comfortable stay for two to four people. The third room, designed with romance in mind, aims to captivate and charm its two guests. The fourth room, perfect for couples in love, allows them to unwind and spend quality time together. Additionally, both the Provence and Eastern rooms are equipped with a mezzanine featuring a maximum capacity of two children. All rooms come with air-conditioned mezzanines and feature a cozy corner shower and individual WC for your convenience.

Directions

To reach the hut "Prende Fresnay" on the Sarthe river, located between Mans and Alencon on N 138, follow these directions:

Take the road N 138 and drive towards Fresnay. After 6 km, you will see a sign indicating the entrance to Fresnay agglomeration on the Sarthe river. Turn right at this sign and continue for 170 meters until you reach "Grimartin S" (refer to the map on our website: http://au-grimartin-s.fr).
